Villa Amelia is located in a villa in Marina of Pietratasanta, at walking distance from the beach and close to Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio. Villa Amelia is designed to accommodate its customers in a bright and soothing atmosphere, in which colors and objects are mixed to give an artistic touch free, and provides customers with a private car park and a bicycle service. By Villa Amelia customers can recharge their electric cars thanks to a three phase wallbox 15 kw charging station.

In Villa Amelia our customers will find six wide and bright rooms, furnished with care and artistic taste.
A Suite with two terraces, two rooms with a furnished terrace, two rooms with a balcony, and a single mansard room.
All the rooms have air conditioning, heater, sat tv with LCD monitor, private bathroom with shower and hair dryer, refrigerator, safe deposit box.
Every rooms is equipped with coffee machine and pods, boiler with tea, herbal tea, sugar and cookies refurnished on a daily basis.

The Area
Villa Amelia is in a favoured position: just 80 mt. away from the famous Marina of Pietrasanta beaches, in the historical centre of Versilia; 1 km away from the Versiliana Villa, with its ‘Café,’ and 3 kms away from Pietrasanta, with its sculpting ateliers, art foundries, art galleries and lovely restaurants, patronized by worldwide known contemporary artists.
This charming building is located in the heart of Versilia cultured and worldly, not far from the big cities of Tuscany. A short trip will take you to Pisa, Lucca or Florence, or a little further away, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano. Also within walking distance you can reach the Cinque Terre, Portofino or characteristic villages and natural parks located in the Apuan Alps.
The area is rich in places of artistic interest, due to its location at the foot of the marble quarries, which have hosted world-renowned artists from Michelangelo to contemporary artists who still transiting or have moved. In fact, throughout the year, you will find exhibitions and art galleries and numerous artistic events of sculpture, painting and photography.
